Text of Complaint by Yawer Bakhtiyar:

I have sell my gold on 28/05/2022 about 1.0093 gram of amount ₹5134.53 it has been sold but amount didn’t transfer into my bank account i raise tickets 2-3 time by e-mail and through their WhatsApp number always they’re replying that a support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response usually within 24 hours but still I’m waiting for their call or e-mail
