Text of Complaint by Riya Mittal:

I ordered a pair of slippers from meesho which cost me 280 rupees. I got a totally different product so I requested for the return. A delivery guy came for the pickup but cancelled the pickup, he said that your complaint should be in non quality category rather than quality category. So I reinitiated the return stating the reason and placed in a non quality issue. This thing has been going on for 4-5 days continuously. They automatically cancelled my return again and again. Whenever I raise an issue they ask me to wait 24-48 hours. Today they closed my query and informed me that they will attempt 3 pickups if it doesn’t happen then the return will automatically get cancelled permanently. I tried talking to them on call but they aren’t calling me back.

they are cancelling it from their side and telling me that it will automatically get cancelled permanently if it fails 3 times.

I have tried everything. But they aren’t solving my problem. This is a fraud nothing else.
