Text of Complaint by Dolly:

I purchased the item from Safex International Jaipur on 3-dec-21 and it was installed by engineer from there on 4-dec-21.
The day it was installed one valve was changed by the person who installed it .. again after few days there was issue in water flow and again engineer came and change the UF filter ..
Again after 2-3 days it had problem and a sediment filter was changed .. now again i am getting issues. Its not been a month and such issues are present in machine from the day I got this till today .. this is how new product works. I need a replacement from this machine from kent or would like to gift it to kent so that they can use it
