Dear Team ,
I am facing issue in incoming calls and SMS incoming and outgoing both since 23rd January21.Raised multiple complaints in customer care and Appellate office but no solution received yet. Everytime they just forward the complainant to concern department thats it.
It kinda mental harassment now alongwith financial as my number is registered in all banking and financial services and not getting OTP for any transaction.
Would request if you please help in resolving the same.
