I ordered a puma flip flops on the ajio app in my brother’s account with a name Siddharta reddy at a good discount.The order placed was succeeded.while I am waiting for my product the twist was the delivery pattern attempted for 4 tymes but the actual truth was I have not received any call regarding delivery.Then I talked to customer care member they told me that the complaint was raised and the issue will get resolved with in a couple of days so I waited for almost 15 days and again I talked to customer care member and I asked then to check status of my complaint.Then they answered me that “sir, actually their is a problem from our logistic partner and your order was returned to ware house” I and I asked them for the solution but they are simply saying “sorry”.
I hope I will get a justice for me.
