Today at 4 pm I was trying to booked my ticket pn msrtc app. I Did all process but at the point of paying the ticket price my money is deducted from my bank account but on msrtc app I got notifications of transaction failed and your ticket is not booked I call their customer care number which they provide on that app but that number was continously on call I got only line busy messages and call was automatically cut. So now what should I do to get my money back.
