Without my knowledge, Hathway has boosted the speed from 150 to 200 mbps. There is a history of me complaining about not obtaining even 150mbs and being informed it was due to tool limitations (my laptop), yet they still upped my speed, shortening my due service duration. In the name of speed, they eliminate the service period (which I cant use). After having everything documented, they didn’t even supply the bare minimum. On questioning, they try to scam you by asking you to renew the service and the total days would be provided all at once.
