Hi,
This is a compliant from a common man who is affected by non ethical act of ISP companies. We(Every common people) used to buy SIM cards under the norms that those companies will give lifetime validity or at least long time validity and also there wasn’t a single line mentioned about barring outing and incoming calls just because of not recharging our SIM cards for certain time. Currently, they changed their norms without even asking consumers who is the primary income providers. These companies even used to advertise that they give free sims and lifetime validity sims. Please take necessary actions on these companies under three criminal acts.
- Cheated and misled common people through their ads for their own profits
- Changed policy/norms/rules without consumers opinions.
- Forcing consumers to pay for them.
Please teach these companies that only common people for giving money for their food and shelter.
