Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to draw your attention that i have purchased a postpaid sim no 9935546135 by submitting adhar card. Airtel has deactivated my account.
I just want to know is ADHAR card not a valid document for SIM card purchase? AIRTEL is not ready to accept ID proof issued by Govt of India.
kindly look into matter and resolve the issue ASAP.
