I had requested for Jio AirFibre on 3rd of Apr, 4th sales rep arrived and handed over a new jio SIM for 299/- and said this is required to avail Jio AirFibre offers which I later realised it was false promise he made and just sold me new jio SIM . and from then he didnt even recive any single call of mine .since then 21 days I am still waiting for installation . Nobody arrived yet . I am mailing them , calling to customer care . but no resolution yet . Each time they are updating it as door lock or customer not interested and resheduling . Why I would do that ? …….So frustrated with Jio Fibre service .
