Hi,
I have been trying to search for ways in order to submit a request/log a complaint, but unable to do so, not even from airtel app, there is no option in order to add a complaint.
The plan with 598 Rs plan is activated on my device, even though the amount is being deducted from my balance.
Making it difficult to connect with people. Also feels like I am wasting my energy just for this. for being the user of Airtel network.
Not a Happy Customer.
