I have try registering in act website for a new connection, with in 6 hrs i got a call from act vendor/employee to complete the registration process the person was forcing me to do the payment first! Unfortunately i have done with the payment. Then he told connection will setup in 48 hrs.

I have waited for 48 hrs, then i tried calling him he dint answer first then after 1 hr he answered my call and when i was asking him he was telling that will br setup on the dame day before 5 pm, then i have waited till 5pm then i tried calling him again at 6pm he answered he was telling that will be setup by next day, when i was shouting at him then he asked to share my location ,then i tried calling customer care to share my issue, one person answered my query she is asking me “mam,no one called you regarding  your connection” i said no, then she told i will raise your query and that will be setup by tomorrow after before 1pm(i mean today).

Again at 2pm i tried calling customer service and the person ( his number is busy till 6pm from 2pm, not at all reverted back to my calls), one person answered my call from customer service shouted at her then she was telling, person has alloted today he will reach but till now i dint get any call. When i again tried calling customer service at 6pm my call was answered but when i was shouting at her hse told that she will transfer my call to the concerned team but they have disconnected my call after 1 min although i am waiting to the other person to answer.

This is worst service by ACT Fibernet kphb hyderabad. I was wondering how these companies are playing with people after paying the money before 3or 4 days..
