Ported my VI Prepaid to Postpaid using the old Prepaid SIM. Applied For kyc verification from home but no one came they always updated as door locked or restricted entry n because of this they suspended my number. Then went VI gallery in Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali West. They always gave me same response, ‘ sir we emailed our backend team we’ll get back to you’. Always fake promises. Because of Vodafone’s irresponsibility I’m getting loss as all my important details are registered on that number. I’m a businessman and have to make time to time payments to them to make but for last few months I’m stuck with there stupid employees of Vodafone. I need help as soon as possible. Because of their misbehaviour I lost my important clients because of them. I even asked them to switch to prepaid but they say it’s suspended and it takes 7 working days to Activate. Just because your employees are not doing their work why am I getting trouble?
