Hi,

I needed to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. I went to Vodafone store about 14 days back and the staff in kalyani nagar named Tulika has told me that my work is done and gave me prepaid sim. Now the sim has not activated. I have visited store almost 4 times. There is no reply from the customer care. I have dropped almost 10 emails.

Is there any senior authority who can look into this issue. I need to travel abroad tomorrow and the behaviour from the Vodafone is pathetic.

 

Could some senior look into this issue please asap.
