I Placed An Order From Meesho App On The 31st Of July. The Product Was A Pandaoriginals Musical Activity Walker. The Product Was Delivered On The Location On 06th August And Due To Some Size Issue We Placed A Return Request On The Same Day And We Got A Message That The Return Will Be Done In 3-4 Working Days And Then The Delivery Partner Came Here But He Did Not Take The Product With Him Saying That It Is A Size Issue And We Need An Auto For Carrying This Parcel He Never Came Back To Collect The Parcel. I Again Placed A Return Request So This Time The Delivery Partner Showed An Inappropriate Behaviour Like Yelling Over The Call, Not Coming To The Society To Pick The Same. So, I Again Raised A Complaint For The Returning Of The Parcel But Again The Same Problem Related To The Size Of The Vehicle. Now It’s Been 5-6 Times That I Have Placed A Return Request And The Same Excuse Is Being Given To Me.
It’s Been A Month That The Parcel Is At My Place.
It’s Really A Very Irresponsible And Indifferent Behaviour From Meesho’s Side. Now The Help Centre Helpline Of The Meesho App Are Not Picking Up The Call Also.
I Would Really Appreciate That You Please Go Through The Complaint And Give Me A Resolution Immediately .
