Dear Sir/Madam
This is bring to your notice about the Irresponsible and Rude behaviour of Airtel Staff at Narsapuram, West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh.
On 24th October i’ve approached above store for number porting of my Idea Post paid no 9848872131. The staff at above addressed Airtel store has taken my Id and at a stretch he applied for number porting. After an hour I got message , porting was unsuccessful. Again I went to the  airtel center and the staff did the same and he informed that within a week the number will be stopped and you will not recieve any calls , then you please approach us for activation of Airtel no. Other than this I dint get any of the information or other support from your side. At that time also there were three staff in the room and everybody were busy with online carroms.
on 5th of this month I went to Airtel office to activate my Airtel no as my Idea no is stopped working at 7pm . At that time also same situation all the staff were busy with online carroms and while playing carroms they are tried to activate the no. It was unsuccessful. They said come after 2 days we willl sort out the issue. I went today for the same. Now there another elder staff and I am seeing him first time here. He said its not changed for porting you contact Idea office. This is the answer I got from your staff after 15 days. Here Iam suffering since 8 days as my no was stopped working as a result of porting done by irresponsible fellows.
All my bank accounts, my biometric attendance etc were connected to this no and i am unable to access for OTPs. Now they were arguing with me ferociously and with rude words. Iam asking you is it the behaviour of staff with the customers? Am I did wrong by applying for number porting from IDEA TO AIRTEL?.
Today I am completely upset with the rude behaviour of your staff and I suffered a lot as my number was stopped because of imetured staff.
Now adice me what to do? Again I have to go to Idea store at Bhimavaram which is 30 Km far from here by applying a leave for my job.  Who will respond for my inconvenience and disturbance.
If you wants support your staff you may not respond for my mail.
