Text of Complaint by venkataramana:

i am shifted from post paid to prepaid on 20/09/2018.till today my sim was not activated. Frc of 76/rs done on 24/09/2018 advised by customer care executive to activate incoming/outgoing calls.After recharge sim was not activated.I contacted customer care,they said problem to be resolved by back office only and it will take time.

Please take action to solve my problem.
