This has been happening very frequently every time I add balance in my Vodafone prepaid sim.
There is some amount which gets deducted like 10-15 Rs every time there is some balance added in the sim.
I received a message today which deducted 15 Rs from my Vodafone Prepaid balance
Here is the message –

“Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access Bcafe Portal,
You have been charged Rs. 15
Your balance is Rs. 30.73”

I thought there is some Value added service which might have caused this debit. When I sent “STOP” message to 155223 I got a reply that
“Dear Customer, you are currently not subscribed to any VAS service.”
