Text of Complaint by Jaganmay Anand:

Hi Team,

We have taken broad band connection from Airtel (040 100740009) , at the time of taking service we have taken for only 3 months . & during this period we are not satisfy as it has very poor internet connection , which was covering only 1 room , for this we has raised many times complaints , but no action was taken that time , so we decided not to continue with Airtel & switch to BSNL . Also we informed this to the local airtel team & mentioned them we have taken for 3 months , which we already paid & now we don`t want any more . But after that we are getting call to pay the bill , which we have used any more .

Also they are saying they will send legal notice . How can they legal service & how can they ask money for the service period which we have not opted .

Requesting you please stop all this .
