I order a tik watch of rs 19,500 in oct 2022, they don’t deliver product in 2 month i Canceled the order and ask for refund they give it on wallet didn’t give it to my account till date please. I want refund as soon as possible.

Likewise, I’ve encountered a similar issue. I placed an order for a C-type USB Hub on January 17, 2024,
at vlebazaar.in but there has been no dispatch of the item so far. The phone customer care service appears to be fraudulent, and attempts to address the issue through their ticket system have been unsuccessful, as they consistently avoid responding to any inquiries related to cancellation and refunds. I have even reached out to Easebuzz.in, their payment partner, via email.
Despite attempting to cancel the order, I receive confirmation emails, yet the website consistently displays the status as “processing.” Numerous reminders through emails to cancel the order and initiate a refund have been futile, as they seem unresponsive to such requests. To date, they have continuously extended the shipment date without providing any concrete information on when the item will be shipped.
I would recommend reaching out to easybuzz.in at support@easebuzz.in, surendra.shinde@easebuzz.in, azim.landge@easebuzz.in, and grievances@easebuzz.in. Inform them of your experience and suggest blacklisting this merchant to prevent others from facing similar issues.
