I am a IRCTC website user with login name “arunnathn” and registered email id of naths.chris@gmail.com and i have validated my account using aadhar card. The account had e-wallet registered and with a balance of rs.400. Without any notification and proper reason the account got disabled. After discussing with backend team they dont know the reason. The reason selected was “others/miscellaneous”. Not ready to provide any proper feedback. Money is not refunding and not even providing any valid solution from backend team. I would like to escalate this issue and reactivate my account. Please help with the solution
