I’ve booked the Tatkal ticket by mistake as I’ve always thought Tatkal is for next day’s journey, I didn’t care much on the date. So I’ve booked the tickets for the same day but I supposed to book for next day. So due to Tatkal traffic hurry I couldn’t look for the date. Then after I got message of the ticket details I realised the mistake and cancelled the ticket. Due to their policy not even a single rupee will be refunded. I mean its a total scam. Every service provides at-least something for their customers. Before covid there were something as refund, now its actually zero
