Respected sir/madam
The amount 1780 debited from my SBI account A/C 67346072351 on date 13/01/2020 for the purpose of railway ticket booking.
The made of payment used was internet banking. After cancellation of ticket on date 02/05/2020
A refunded has been initiated by IRCTC .
The refund transaction details as provided by IRCTC are given below.

I Mailed too many times and the refunded did not even have the refunded amount credit. call also that is saying that the amount is commanded but refund amount not come care@irctc.co.in sbi.04848@sbi.co.in
