I am still waiting for my refund of two failed transaction booked by user id- dixit7733 from last 2 months after making almost thousand calls to irctc helpline.
Every time customer care says that there is some technical issue or they disconnect in between the conversation.
I find everything so careless related to irctc because its been so long that i have not got my refund and i am getting the negetive response regarding that.
I am sending my account statement almost 4th time.please do the needfull.
