I booked my ticket on dt. 22.11.2018 which is not confirmed by IRCTC and my ticket is canceled. I checked refund status on IRCTC they shown that payment goes to Bank and Bank name is PAYTM… because the booking payment gateway was Paytm. Till the date I am not getting the refund amount.
