I have cancelled an IRCTC ticket on 14 Feb 2021 holding PNR 6647048458,
Cancellation id 100000474858252,
Refund Reference No. ZP5baf653e3b089, Refund amout Rs. 395.00.But the amount is still not credited to my account.
I tried to contact them but got no response. Please help me on this
