Ticket was booked for 18th Apr 20 but due to lockdown in all over India. railway has canceled the ticket on 15th Apr 20 and today 29th Apr till now I have not received the amount. I was write email to them and even call to them they are saying compliant forwarded to concern team. PNR-2109675589
