- Hi, I booked two tickets via irctc web site. 1st ticket booked on 2nd April and other ticket was booked on 10th April. On 14th April, I received message stating that both tickets have been cancelled and I will recieve the refund of rs 385 for pnr : 275-695-7360 and for other amount rs 505 for pnr : 275-699-0720.
- However when I checked my account Statment then I saw that only one refund of rs 389 was credited on my account on 20th April wherein I should have received two refunds.
