Dear team,
I tried to book ticket on April 11 ,2021.
After payment successful,it displayed as booking failed and money debited.
Still i didn’t receive my refund amount.
Payment transaction date – 11 April 2021
Transaction ID : 100002674616285
It (IRCTC) was showing amount refunded in my account.
But I don’t see any refund amount in my account and in my wallet as well.
But it was not.Its been already 11 days.
Since I have been following up with irctc with e-mails and calls.
They are just telling me check refund status in website.
They are not providing refund ID or refund transaction ID.
Kindly help me to get my refund amount.
