Text of Complaint by Reshmi Rajan:

I had booked a ticket to Goa on September 14th, 2021, which I cancelled within two hours of booking and I sent an email to them for cancellation (as per their customer service representatives advice) and requested a refund way before the chart was prepared and over 12 hours before the travel time. They responded to me very late after almost a week’s time rejecting the refund stating that it shows that the passenger has travelled. I sent them a detailed response with attachments of the said booking and my request for cancellation email clearly mentioning I had not travelled.

I am still trying to contact the customer care, I have been writing to them but I get the very same response that “Passenger has travelled” or else they are asking me to produce my employer’s attendance sheet or anything as proof which in unacceptable. This is clear negligence from their end as the TTR may have sold the ticket to someone else and I have to bear the charges. Kindky look into this matter as this is a clear violation of consumer rights. I have written to them multiple times with no appropriate resolution for this issue since weeks.
