I have booked railway ticket from Wardha to Mumbai of dated 04th September 2019 via paytm. However train got terminated short of distance due to heavy rainfall and water lodging in Mumbai and I had to get out of the train in the midnight since there was announcement at the Akola Station that the train will terminate in Bhusawal station and will not go further and TC has also confirmed the same. Hence I opted to get out of the train along with my wife at Shegaon station. Many of the other passengers also got down. I have filed tdr in paytm the next day on dated 05th September 2019 which is valid in the case of train got terminated short of distance. I was continuously following with Paytm since last 6 months and now Paytm has replied that IRCTC has not accepted my TDR as time for filling the TDR has expired and therefore your refund can not be processed.
Now I am not sure whether its Paytm who has not filled my TDR on time with IRCTC and to whom should I blame for this.
I want to raise this issue to the higher team as there is no resolution following with paytm since they were not giving any proper response and having worst customer service.
