Booked a ticket through RSRTC website, travel date 19/01/26. Beawar – Jaipur (Rajasthan). Travel time – 8:55 AM (Departure from Beawar). Money deducted but ticket not booked. UPI Ref – 102490778471.
There is no option to apply for refund, asking for the ticket or talk to anyone. The customer service numbers either so not work or not picked up.
I request my refund.
