Dear Sir/Madam,
I have not received refund of Rs. 1680 even after 30 days of cancellation. The details of cancellation is as under

On enquiry with your helpline,I understand that refund has been made by you on 08.10.2018 but I have not yet received the amt. till date.
Kindly expedite the refund as the same was done through online on 06.10.18 and the amt. is not yet credited.
Online complain has been lodged along with account statement with care@irctc.co.in with last ticket ID allotted is 2018754/ 2022819
