Dear Sir/Madam
This is regarding IRCTC not refunded amount after filing TDR, train departure time was intimated to passenger properly and when we reached station the train timing was not giving proper and due to single lady travel as well as delay train departure more than 3hr, we filed TDR however IRCTC replied with lame reason that train was not delay more than 3hr. i would request you to take action on IRCTC/SBC station head department and process my refund request. attached TDR file copy for your reference and kindly let me know if you need any further details.
