Dear Sir/Man

Kindly resolve my issue I have book train tickets on 11-12-2018 from your official site  www.irctc.co.in against the Transaction ID, 100001574825918 but due to some technical problem my tickets not booked but amount was debit from my Account after that I will call your costumer care number the employee of  irctc say that ammount will be refunde on after 7 days but still Iam not recived my refund amount and now now I call again  costumer care number they say that ammount will be refunded on 13-12-2018 so it’s my request to your good self please  resolve my issue.
