I am traveling in tr. No.20822 pnr 6631540979 with my family and child .. ordered twice payment deducted twice from bank through IRCTC app . First I ordered at SRC delivery scheduled at KGP nothing delivered I complained and got feedback no.31308297 again ordered and delivery schedule was at Tatanagar ..payment deducted as usual and once again deprived … nothing delivered we are travelling without food sir and really dynamic pricing with dynamic starving.. no one cared DREAM TRAIN HUMSAFAR ..feeling helpless 1st.order No. 31287336 & again 2nd order no. 31309133
Hope I will get justice sir.
