I was trying to book a ticket in pursottam express cost rs 1535.
Butci hand not booked any ticket and the money cuts from account. Then a message came on my mobile regretting fo the fault.
It was also written that within7 days the money will be refunded.
But since 7 days the money is not refunded in my account.
