date of journey-24 may 2018 from bhopal to rewa

transaction id is-100001279145301
pnr number not generated and payment cancelled. payment do trough gateway of upi razorpaypg@hdfcbank and my upi id is ymishra2531@mahb and payment deduct from my account 2051.80 rs. With transaction charge and also not update in my irctc profile please help me and refund my deducted amount.and i also do email likely 3-4 time by me for refund to care@irctc.co.in but not give any response by them i am so irritated and dissatisfied to work of irctc.please find attachment and give me positive response.
