I booked ticket through irctc app . Thr ticket didn’t get confirmed and they are not refunding my money. If asked they are saying technical problem and customer care executive are too rude and unsupportive
I booked ticket through irctc and it didn’t got confirmed and later they are deducting 60 rs as clerkage fees which is not justifying and they are not doing refund at all and customer care is very rude
