I have booked a ticket on 12423 Rajdhani Express in 2AC to go to Delhi through my VISA debit card. But unfortunately ticket had to cancel on the 15th April 2018. But till today i.e 02nd of May 2018 I have not received any refund back. Please note that it was an electronic refund. Thank you.
