Hi,
My father had booked tickets on 7th May 2019 for Mumbai-Udupi traveling on 10th May 2019 from Dadar ticket counter, but unfortunately, tickets were not confirmed so my dad went to cancel it but the person said now we are closing the counter so you come tomorrow. so next day i went to cancel the ticket the person said now you cannot cancel it now, this is ridiculous.
it is not a small amount Rs.4380/- for us. would request you to kindly consider this cancellation and refund the amount.
The cancellation policy for waitlist should be at least 24 hours.
