Text of Complaint by Rajveer Atal:

The amount 4902.15 was debited from my bank account number 3775582836 on date 02.04.2020 for the purpose of railway ticket booking. The mode of payment used was debit card . After cancellation of train due to lockdown on date 17.04.2020 a refund has been initiated by IRCTC.
The refund transaction details as provided by IRCTC are given below:
Refund transaction Id- 100002340091568
Refund date : 17.04.2020
Refund Status : Refunded
Refund amount : 4830.0 rs.
Amount credited to bank with reference no. : 101202010855533287
The refund amount is not yet credited to my bank account kindly do the needful.
