Dear Team,
When I’m trying to login IRCTC with my Credential ID it gives me an error message “User is disabled”
On reaching out to IRCTC customer care, I was asked to drop an email and I did it same, where the reply I received was really unprofessional and frustrating- “Multiple Fraudulent Activities”. I was simply asked to create new Login ID with new email ID and Phone no, where I don’t have alternate mobile or phone number.
I’m using this account from past 10 years and there are almost 7-8 upcoming tickets where I need to travel or might be required to cancel. The way responses are received from customer care is really pathetic and the step of account deactivation is without any valid reason, notification and justification.
I expect a quick support needed from you.
