Hi
I have been a Vi customer for a very long time now. My mobile number is 7760233666 and the issue is with regards to IR service.
Recently the experience and the customer service that I have received from Vi is pathetic.
I have been writing emails to corporatecare.india@vodafoneidea.com with no proper resolution or response given to me and the tickets have been closed without even confirming with me if the issue has been resolved.
Issue stands open from 9th Jan 2021 till date related to activation of IR services. Your team keeps telling that the service is activated, but I am not able to latch onto any network, not receiving any SMS or calls on my phone. I have tried the trouble shooting steps, have given all the screen shots to your team and the error message that I receive, but the issue is not resolved yet.
You guys are so prompt to put the charges on the bill but if you show the same promptness to resolve the issue, I would be glad to pay the amount to you.
I guess it is better for me to move to another network as I dont think you are in the mood to retain your customer base. No wonder you are on the verge of closing down.
