I ordered IQOO 15R 8+256 GB silver phone from iQOO Store app on 5th april. Made payment using my debit card and the next day i request to cancel the order and order cancelled successfully. I recieved email on 6th April refund will be initiated within 48-72 hours and you will get a mail for the same but it’s more than 72 hours didn’t get any refund even they aren’t responding in mail reply please help me.
