i odered iqoo z7 mobile from iqoo official website as at 16 october 2023 but they delayed in shipment after 10 days of delay i cancelled my ordered on 25 oct and received cancellation mail on 27 oct. its been 6 days i havent received any message reagarding my refund . they have not initiated my refund. customer service not helping with my problem. they told me to wait for 24 hour. but no solution.
