On 7th November I get a call from IQ solution,gujarat her name was Kirti Shah and she said she had a job about captcha work so she asked for Gmail ID and aadhar card photo and I have it to her on whatsapp and after that she send me the email id and password after that I get to know that it was a fraud company. Now I am scared because she had my aadhar card details and after that I said on msg that I will not work in your fake company and I blocked the numbers of them. Please take some action against the fake companies like IQ solutions.

This is all fake court always send 10 day notice before appearance.
And for filing a case both party has to be there then court will give any date or decision.
Don’t worry they are doing same with every one. I also got trapped there tomorrow.

Hey do not worry at all…they only threaten us that they will send notice …they did the same with me. But I didn’t recieve any notice at my home. They cant do that because the notice is fake as well as their lawyer. If you are getting stresses because of all this …just block their numbers or you can just play with them. Entertain them ….it can be a great timepass .
@murugesh: they can’t do anything to you.. It’s a fraud company. Complaint to your nearest cyber cell if you really can’t take their threatening.

Don’t worry at all first block the number,just ignore them if they called you again with another number just don’t listen to them just if you know they called you just decline and block them.They can’t pick a hair from your head.If you pick up and listen to them they will ask money and harrase you say that we have sent you court orders.

Hey, I am one of the victim. They are threatening me a lot. I am getting whatsapp messages and sms from some adv.Minhaz and calls from Sanket Kulkarni. They have even mailed me notice. I called the Jan Sahayta Kendra. They said that its impossible to file a complaint on the basis of Aadhar card details. But they send messages and mails in such a manner, I am getting more stressed. Can anyone please tell me if anyone has got rid of these people and company. Please let me know.
Do not worry. If you are getting disturbed by seeing the msgs just block their number and Email ID. They cannot do anything to you.

@Manisha: Just relax they can’t do anything. Just block all their numbers. You get any more calls report to the nearest police station or contact Cyber cell.

On the morning of December 10, 2020, I got a call from a lawyer of iq solution company and he told me that the company has filed a case of fraud against you, pay or else appear in court Gujarat I paid his penalty ammount Rs 8510 then I got a call from his lawyer again that now you want to pay the remaining amount i.e. Rs 85,100 otherwise we will present your case in court and then you will come to court and the court will tell you the amount It has been said that I have to pay, plz if someone here is in such a problem, help me, what can I do now, can I take the help of the police in this case or take the help of a lawyer. plz help me
Yes you can definitely take legal action. Coz its comes under the case of article 420.
Don’t pay them any money. They are just fooling you. No advocate keeps threatening like this.

Hi Pallavi. No lawyer will send a legal notice through a message or whatsapp. So please understand it’s all fake.. Just block the number everytime they call you.
