I ordered iPhone X but I got a defective piece.so,I kept return but they were telling go to apple service centre then they checked told this is fake one.so I raised my complaint on Flipkart but they r not responding and too cancelled my return request without giving any notification,today I called up customer service they told again they kept return request 4 days back technician came and checked that technician told this is mobile is fake one sir u don’t worry we will replace r refund they told but I didn’t get any notification from Flipkart.so please tell me how to resolve my problem
