My name is Chanchal Rani .I m the victim of Flipkart fraud . On 3oct 2021 I purchased iPhone 12 mini from Flipkart with insurance (INR 7079 ) . My Policy No – BHK3JH7N is valid from Oct 04, 2021 to Oct 03.Due to display not working I Placed a replacement for it . Replacement done from Flipkart . When I got the replaced phone . Same day I call Flipkart to update my new phone IMEI no to insurance Z. They said it automatically gets done . Now after a year I wanted to claim my insurance . I called apple for insurance claim they said that no insurance is reflecting on my IMEI no . They advised to call Flipkart to update IMEI no . Since 14 sept I m continuously calling Flipkart for help . Everyday they issue a new ticket and next day they closed it stating that issue is resolved . I write them email several time but no help . Then I took initiative myself to directly write to insurance company (Servify protect powered by apple care services) . They told me that they don’t have my current phone IMEI no registered with them . The IMEI that they have on my insurance is neither my first (defect) phone IMEI neither my new (exchange) phone IMEI no . They have some other IMEI no . Which doesn’t belong to any of my phone . Neither old neither exchange . Even not mentioned in my any of the phone invoice bill . So , Flipkart sold me phone whose IMEI no is not even there on phone invoice bill neither in my insurance. The phone that I received both the times have different IMEI no , invoice bill have different IMEI no and insurance company have different IMEI no . My policy is about to expire on 3 oct . Please help me . Please ?. They did 7079 Rs fraud with me and it’s not a less amount for a middle class family . REGISTERED with insurance Company – IMIE 58516
