I received my iphone 12 on 22nd of July and the phone that i received was damaged screen and having scratches on front side of screen i have lodge complaint and replacement also in your department but i am not getting any response regarding that
Kindly please help me out for approval of my replacement
They are just exceeding day by day but not providing any resolution till date
